In the interests of it being a sunny day, I'm going to keep this one brief. Frankly I'm sure that we've all got barbecues to go to and surfing to do, and picnics to enjoy until the inevitable wasp turns up and has us running around the orange cordial in circles, flapping our arms from the elbows like some kind of effeminate broken-winged albatross.
Basically, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is probably going to be at E3 2012.

The reason that I tend to believe a sequel to 2010's far-better-than-anyone-expected-it-to-be-especially-given-that-Mercury-Steam-made-it-and-oh-my-god-do-you-remember-that-Clive-Barker's-Jericho-game-they-did-oh-bloody-hell-that-was-awful Castlevania reboot is going to make an appearance at the show? Okay, hands up, it's an anonymous source at a blog. But it's an anonymous source from the same blog that accurately leaked the details of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale all those months ago, so I'm inclined to give it some credence. I'm nothing if not discerning in my choices of completely unverified potential bullshit vendors.
And anyway, we know that Castlevania is making a bit of a resurgence this year, and that Mercury Steam is still in some way attached. The 2D Mirror of Fate is coming to the 3DS with Lords of Shadows' Producer David Cox attached, and the Steam's composer Oscar Aroujo let slip that a proper LoS sequel was underway shortly after the first game was released.
So yeah, Lords of Shadow 2 then. Probably coming. That's a good thing. Enjoy your barbecue.
